A bench is one person building at one station. Office staff, your bookkeeper and your clients are free — they never count.
One person, one station. The whole system, nothing removed.
Two to eight benches, one schedule, one set of rates.
More than eight benches, or more than one building.

Nothing breaks and nothing locks. You keep working, we email you once, and the next invoice moves to Yard pricing. If it was a busy month and you drop back to seven, so does the invoice.
Cancel from Settings, no phone call. Your jobs, quotes, cut lists and photos export as PDFs and CSVs on the way out, and we keep the account readable for 90 days in case you come back.
Send it. On Shop and Yard we do the migration ourselves, usually inside a week, and we send it back to you to check before it goes live. On Bench there is an importer that handles the common shapes.
Only what you choose to show. The client view has its own toggles — most shops show the total and the delivery date, and nothing underneath it.
